Lynne Fisher

Lynne grew up in Syracuse NY after graduating from St Bonaventure University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Math she pursued a career with Procter & Gamble in Marketing/ Research.  With a  passionate heart for helping others and an analytical approach to problem-solving Lynne decided to use these skills for a second degree from Upstate Medical University specializing in Cardiac Medicine.  With her innate ability for organizing, multi-tasking and a strong dedication of putting others needs first these skills have proven beneficial for future endeavors.

Relocating 22 years ago to beautiful North Carolina has opened new opportunities and she has never looked back.  Prior to joining Compass Lynne worked for Duke University in undergraduate  admissions for 11 years while delving into her creative  passion of house design while acting as the general contractor/ builder on two properties in Chapel Hill and Durham NC.  Driven by true passion and an innate ability for house design she combined  her impeccable service skills with her keen negotiation skills to achieve positive results for her clients.  Whether it's a buyer or seller for new construction, relocation, land , down-sizing or a dream home Lynne's  attention to details along with her ability to actively listen to her clients needs helps the process flow seamlessly while achieving the end goal.  She will not stop until her clients are satisfied. 

On a personal note Lynne starts each morning running on the Duke Forest trails with a love of the outdoors she also enjoys hiking and kayaking.  Lynne has 2 adult children a son who is an attorney in Raleigh and a daughter a product manager for Google in California.  When she has free time she is volunteering locally at the hospital or advising an upcoming college student on the admissions process for a successful future.
