"Overall, we were pleased with the way the sale of our home was handled. It is always a stressful time when you decide to sell and Lynne did everything she could to make this a smooth transition. There was a lot of strategizing and planning with Lynne in order to get the home ready so that it would present well and be attractive for buyers. Once we had the plan in place Lynne did a great job of getting the marketing materials ready, pre-marketing within the Compass network and then blasting the market with the high quality materials that were developed. She was on top of the market and asked us to pull our listing date forward a bit in order to pre-empt some other properties that she knew were coming on the market.
