About Lynette
Licensed in DC, MD and VA
Lynette Flavien came to the District of Columbia to attend GWU and quickly fell in love with Washington and the surrounding area. She made her status as a Washingtonian official with the purchase of a NE DC home in 2010. Her passion for helping others and community engagement was strengthened by degrees in both Psychology and Human Services and over a decade of working for DC Non-profits. These skills continue to prove invaluable while assisting her clients. Lynette believes every client deserves the highest level of customer service and she works hard to provide it. She prides herself in being up to date and knowledgeable about all of the amazing programs the area has to offer like, Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP), DC Open Doors, and Maryland Smart Buy to name a few.
Lynette’s favorite place to be when she is not in the DMV is the beautiful island of St. Lucia. She visits often as much of her family still lives there. Some of her favorite things to do when on the island include, relaxing on the beach, hiking through the rainforest and of course enjoying the local cuisine.
