About Lydia
Growing up I enjoyed driving around with my family and looking at beautiful homes in the Houston area. I remember daydreaming about the sort of home I wanted to live in as an adult. I loved watching TV shows related to real estate, but I didn’t quite see myself becoming a realtor.
After studying English at the University of Houston - Downtown, my intentions were to begin working in the Oil and Gas Industry as a technical writer. After ultimately deciding that I wanted to get into real estate, I took on an opportunity working for an international property management company. During this time I was able to learn more about the real estate industry, perfect my customer service skills and prepare myself to work as a full-time real estate agent.
Fast forward to present day and I’ve been in the real estate industry for about 7 years. Honestly, I cannot imagine myself doing anything other than this. The joy that I get when I meet new clients, learn more about their lifestyle and real estate goals and help them find their dream home, is like no other. The real estate industry can be tough and requires persistence, dedication and hard work. But the happiness I am able to bring to my client’s lives truly makes it all worth it.
When I am not working, I enjoy exploring the Houston food scene, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
