"Lucy is wonderful. She was helpful throughout what can be a harrowing process, and really took the time to figure out what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier with the home she found for us. We highly recommend her. Again, she’s wonderful." - Jacob P

About Lucy
The daughter of an architect and a developer, Lucy grew up talking about, looking at, and learning about buildings. Lucy majored in Economics at Skidmore College and has danced professionally on Broadway, Off-Broadway and at Lincoln Center. She finds that valuing and assessing buildings combines her analytical sense with her creative appreciation beauty.

Her father was an early adopter and leader in the adaptive re-use of urban industrial buildings. She spent many afternoons and evenings with him, slipping through fences to check out potential projects—old canneries, soap factories, and textile mills. She quickly learned to keep her eyes peeled holes in the floor, and more importantly, to understand how to see past surface level conditions to the bones and proportions of the structure. Needless to say, she has a soft-spot fixer-uppers.

After buying her own place in Brooklyn and finding rentals family and friends (just fun), she decided to turn this passion into a career. A lover of Prospect Park, where you can find her every morning with her dog, Darcy, she is passionate about Historic Brooklyn. The classic Brooklyn neighborhoods that range from the Dumbo and Red Hook waterfronts, through Downtown and Brownstone Brooklyn, and past Prospect Park are her specialty. She is relentless in her pursuit of your perfect home.
