After graduating from the University of Southern California, Louis began his professional journey consulting for prominent Fortune 500 restaurants such as Panera, Starbucks, and Panda Express. Drawing from this expertise, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding his own restaurant concept, XENiA Mediterranean Kitchen, which successfully expanded to 11 locations across Southern California before being acquired
