"I met Louie thru an old friend at a time when I was toying with the idea of selling my place. I was glad I met him, my place closed a couple of months ago - if it weren't for Louie dealing with a shady Property Management I was thinking the sale might fall thru. He was professional, did whatever he said he would do or contact etc, and a very punctual nice guy.
