Louie Damonte, CCIM

A fifth-generation Reno, Nevadan, Louie Damonte III understands the history & traditions of our region and also its exciting evolving landscape and community. From a very young age, Louie was exposed to the Commercial and Residential Development of the master-planned South Reno community – Damonte Ranch. Through his grandfather and partners, he’s had a front row seat to the intricacies surrounding real estate and its many moving parts. Additionally, through a rigorous curriculum and deep proven experience in a large volume of transactions, Louie has achieved the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further his skillset in service to his commercial real estate clients.

Previously, Louie worked with a lender in the Farm Credit System – American AgCredit. He assisted appraisers in building valuations of properties ranging from large production farms and orchards to cattle ranches and vineyards, furthermore diversifying his experience in the industry.

A local Bishop Manogue grad and University of Nevada alumnus, Louie is honored to also have the opportunity to serve our community through impactful organizations. He is proud to be a member of the Young Leaders Committee in serving the Boys & Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows.
