More than 80 percent of Lorraine's business comes from referrals.  This is due to her commitment to building relationships with both clients and lenders that last long after a transaction is closed.  Lorraine's knowledge of the Houston area real estate market along with her accessibility, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile for every client is what keeps her as the first name that comes to mind for both past and future clients.  As a mother and former educator, Lorraine uses her immense knowledge of the local public and private school systems to assist her buyers in making home buying decisions based on their current and future educational needs as well as the ROI that can occur when purchasing a property in an area with desirable schools.  

Lorraine has been married to her husband for 18 years and they have three beautiful children together along with three dogs and a lizard.  Outside of real estate, Lorraine is extremely active in the community through her work various school and civic organizations as well as Leadership Houston,  the Houston Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Incorporated, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and the Spelman College Alumni Association.   She is also the current lead for the BLK at Compass Houston group.
