"I’m happily writing this review from the comfort of my dream home, which Lorna helped us close on this past weekend. Lorna came highly recommended to us from a coworker – and boy are we happy that we followed their advice. Lorna helped us sell our current home in SIX days. With her expert marketing and pricing advice, we got exactly what we wanted and ended the painful showing process in just a few days. We simultaneously were looking for our new house, and Lorna’s knowledge of the area – both Camden and Burlington counties - was something we really relied on. When it came time to put an offer in on our dream house, she helped us put together the most attractive package, and after some back and forth, we were under contract quickly. No transaction is without a hitch or two – and ours hit a major snag during the home inspection. Lorna expertly guided us through all of our options and made sure the outcome was successful. At both closings, which took place right after the Christmas holiday, there were no surprises – Lorna made sure every detail was taken care of ahead of time. As an agent, her expertise is unmatched. She was always available when we needed her and she made us feel like we were her only clients although she’s too successful for that to be true. Her network of contractors and service providers is top-notch. Buying an selling a home is an extremely stressful process, but we never once regretted choosing Lorna to guide us through it all. She earned our complete trust. I would shout her praises from a rooftop if I could. Choose Lorna! " - Leigh

"As a first-time home buyer, I am thankful for how Lorna made the process easy and seamless. She is well connected and provided me with a number of recommendations for local lawyers, home inspectors, etc. who were familiar with the properties in my area. Lorna is reliable, easy to reach, and excellent to work with. "

"First time homebuyer and I couldn't think of anyone more qualified, more professional or more comfortable to work with. I'm not fantastic at writing reviews, so to be brief, she is the absolute best real estate agent you can work with. 5 stars all the way! "

About Lorna
Lorna Kaim has been going above and beyond for her clients for over 22 years helping them find the perfect home. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland after attending school, she decided it was time for a change leading her to New Jersey, where she met her husband and has lived for over 35 years. Lorna surrounds herself with intelligent, supportive people pushing her to go above and beyond for her clients.

She is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and Maryland. Lorna enjoys going to Annapolis, MD, and being by the water as it reminds her of her home in Ireland. She prides herself on being a tenacious problem solver for her clients guiding them through the entire process, whether they're buying or selling. She’s known for being trustworthy and always sharing her market insights and knowledge.

Lorna believes that the real estate process should not focus on the transaction but be relational as she cares and connects with her clients to help them during this big transition. Having a strong work ethic and a glass-half-full mindset allows her to be an excellent negotiator.

When she is not working you will find her knitting clothing for loved ones, traveling, reading a good book, or spending time with her grandchildren.
