my real estate career, I spent 30+ years in various Vice President/Senior
Executive roles in retail and the fashion industry, with most of the time spent
in store(s) leadership. I have led many teams to deliver more than $500M in
annual sales, while leveraging a leadership style that has earned top honors
for team and customer engagement. I am a dynamic and results-oriented person
with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in negotiating
big deals. I bring all this experience to real estate with the resources,
cutting-edge technology and impeccable customer service of Compass, Inc.
My
family has a long history in the East Bay. In 1906, at the age of 18, my
grandfather Frank Carzino arrived in America from Italy. As a farmer, he
purchased land in Concord to build a better life for his family. My parents
still live in the house my father Mike built for us, on the same property where
my grandfather’s house is now a historic home. I have lived in Concord, Walnut
Creek, Moraga, and Alamo and now reside in Danville with my husband, daughter
and 2 dogs. I have extensive knowledge and connections in the area.
I love
to travel and explore new places and people, have a passion for cooking, and a
secret desire to be on the Food Network. My favorite time is spent with my
family, enjoying a glass of wine with friends, and being thankful for
everything I have been blessed with in my life!
