Growing up on a farm in Canada and moving to northern Colorado at age 9, home has always been the center of stability. Home is her favorite place to be. Learning valuable lessons from her parents who worked in farming and real estate, Lori’s parents always had an entrepreneurial spirit of hard work and grit as real estate brokers. Although she thought she’d never follow in their footsteps, Lori developed an admiration for the industries that her parents immersed themselves in.
Prior to real estate, Lori’s background included civil and mining engineering after earning her degree at Colorado School of Mines. From engineering to a stay-at-home mom, she’s currently in her 14th year homeschooling her four amazing kids: Brady, Cooper, Remi, and Abe. Her kids are what keep her going each day. Lori is honored to share her life with them and opens her front door to the foothills of Colorado and is grateful for the beauty, mountains, and lifestyle. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, reading, and most of all spending time with family at home!
Whether a cozy mountain home with a crackling fire or an urban apartment overlooking the skyline, Lori believes a home is really the heart of our culture. She loves being welcomed in, sitting down for a great conversation, and hearing all about them. To Lori, real estate is not about the property, it’s about the people and the stories that reside within. Lori’s passion is that each homeowner has space to create their own story in each phase of their life. She feels she’s met the most incredible people working with the Mountain Home Group as they assist homeowners and homebuyers to find their next home in the foothills of Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Pine, Morrison, and surrounding areas. With the Mountain Home Group’s experience and expertise in the nuances of living in the foothills, Lori will be sure to help you navigate the home process smoothly.
