About Lizbeth
Lizbeth Scordo has had real estate in her blood since childhood as the daughter of a builder and architect. She started buying, selling, and renovating homes throughout Southern California in her 20s and fell in love with the business while working in her first career as a journalist.
Since becoming a licensed real estate agent, she’s made a serious and successful effort to offer truly personalized and dedicated service to clients, walking them through every step of the process and spending as much time as they need during the transaction, including, just as importantly, after closing. Lizbeth’s track record with client satisfaction speaks for itself as the majority of her business stems from referrals who recognize the value of her dedication to clients.
Lizbeth has successfully completed deals in a wide array of neighborhoods, cities, and regions throughout California and is a true expert in the markets she works in from LA’s Westside to Downtown LA’s Arts District to desert cities like Palm Springs and La Quinta, where she’s assisted clients buy and sell vacation homes, and where her knowledge and love of midcentury architecture has been put to good use. Lizbeth is just as well-versed in the ins and outs of buying investment properties and working on 1031 exchanges as she is experienced helping clients buy and sell their primary homes. Her background as a writer and editor is also an excellent asset in real estate since writing snappy, intelligent, and compelling copy to help market homes comes naturally. In her free time Lizbeth is usually checking out new restaurants (and loves sharing new recommendations, so feel free to ask!) or hiking with her very youthful senior rescue dog.
Whether you have specific goals in mind or just have questions (about real estate or restaurants) please contact Lizbeth. She’s always happy to chat.
