"This is the second time I've used Liz McCabe as my realtor and I have nothing but great things to say about her and her service. Liz is honest, patient, dedicated and down to earth. She is a plethora of information and works day and night for her clients. Not to mention she has a contact for everything! I highly recommend Liz, she's the best !! Liz put me in contact with Sheila Kurtiak, also at Tate, who seamlessly found me affordable insurance coverage in no time." - Cheryl

About Liz
Not many realtors in the area can say they have lived in the market they sell for over 40 years, but I can! For the last 8 years, I have had the great pleasure of helping friends, family and clients buy/sell the home of their dreams.

Being present in my community has always been important to me. For the last 15 years, I have been a huge parent advocate and volunteer for the Wake County Public School System. I have done everything but run for a board position. (Never going to happen). I have a keen sense of knowledge of the surrounding schools in the area and the neighborhoods and circumstances of the feeder patterns etc. I love using that knowledge to help those looking to move into the area.

I am still raising my 3 semi-adult children (and husband). My son attends East Carolina University, I also have a Senior at Cary High and a Junior at Apex Friendship High. I have been married for over 20 years to a diehard Red Sox and NE Patriot Fan… but don't hold that against me! And don't ask me about how we feel about Tom Brady leaving.

I had to balance the chaos of my life and 3 kids by adding 3 precious Goldendoodle dogs (Wilson, Harper, and Clark).

The market in the Triangle is one that is changing and evolving constantly to the point that keeping up with those trends and the housing market is a full-time job. When I am not with clients, you can find me either at the baseball field or traveling with my daughter up and down the east coast for Volleyball. When you are ready to make the move to NC or move within. Make sure you call a Realtor you can trust. Call me!
