Liz Freire has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is dedicated to strategic mentoring, driving performance, and building strong client relationships. Passionate about teamwork and providing guidance, Liz implements strategies that empower her team to achieve goals and grow their businesses.
Liz started her career as a real estate assistant, working with top agents and luxury clients in Miami-Dade County. After seven years with one of the area's leading luxury teams, she transitioned to a role at Sotheby’s, where she led the Listing and Transactions Team before joining the Sales Management Team. In 2018, Liz joined Compass as part of the Operations Team, helping the team become the #1 ranked group for customer service nationwide. She later joined the Sales Management Team at Compass, where she contributed to the company’s position as the #1 market share leader in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
