Livia is from Brazil and lives in Nashville since 2016. Prior to real estate, Livia had experience with hospitality and worked in the finance industry for nine years. Livia loves to work with people, build long-lasting relationships, and help others to achieve their goals.
Livia chose to pursue a career in real estate because she likes being out in the field and love everything about houses, from construction to decor. Having the opportunity to find the perfect home, go through the negotiation process, and everything else involved has truly become a passion. “With hard work, dedication, applying my skills, I truly believe I can do a lot for my clients!”
