We lived in a beautiful rambling custom home that was lovingly built by my husband starting 50 years ago. This home was so unique and there was nothing like it anywhere on the market or anywhere we could find.
So that made selling the home a bit tricky. Yet, we were so fortunate to be connected with Lisabet who was ready to take on this amazing challenge.
She jumped in with her professionalism, knowledge and so much care for us and our home. She not only explained the process, she was there with us the whole way, guiding contractors and having referrals for things needing to be done. She even offered to help us pack.
The way that she works to understand your wants and needs and then tirelessly negotiates for them showed us a depth of compassion and caring we had not seen in the real estate world. We were so impressed with her fabulous negotiation skills and no b.s. nature, which you want when negotiating.

Lisabet is a fantastic realtor. Long story short: she makes dreams come true and is the best because she cares and can explain the process well. You'll be in great care with her.
Long story long: My wife and I were living in a small apartment and our lease was nearly up. I originally was joining Facebook groups to find another apartment to live in, we were hoping to get more space but didn't think that we could do that and still fit our budget (we were fresh college grads).
I stumbled upon her in the Issaquah community group and she was perfect. I had zero home buying experience, but Lisabet was patient, informative, trustworthy, and streamlined! I really felt like I was with someone that understood our goals. She struck the perfect balance of being frank with her honest insights, and encouraging us too make the choices ourselves. She is responsive and will seriously advocate for her clients.
In the end, we got a place perfect for us, at a price that is well below what we would be paying if we were renting, in fact our monthly payment is only marginally higher than what we were paying in rent, and it's nearly double the size of the apartment we were living in.

She helped us narrow down what we were looking for and made great suggestions, pointed out various details that we should look and ask for. Things that we had never even considered. Like the type of glass used in the shower stalls.
