Is life moving you in a different direction? Let me be your guide.

Many real estate transactions celebrate happy occasions like a growing family or a new business opportunity. Some involve life transitions; like the loss of a family member to death or divorce. These transactions require special care. Each move has its challenges as well as opportunities. Problem solving, sensitivity and confidentiality are necessary skills I offer to successfully assist a homeowner during these trying times. Negotiation, problem solving and team building, are skills I developed as a volunteer and as a bank Trust Officer before having a family. Buying and selling real estate requires all these skills. Specialized skills include selling using a power of attorney and estate/probate properties.

I have been honored to assist many homeowners as they transition from one home to another. As a longtime resident of Sammamish, I have an in-depth local knowledge.

My husband and I settled in this area 30 years ago and we have raised three children here. I was an active volunteer in my children’s schools and sports teams. Being involved with the sports teams took our family all over Washington; if there is a pool somewhere, I have most likely been there! I am still active, volunteering most notably as a member of the Preston Kuppe Guild of Children’s Hospital.

I’m an agent who comes from a family of agents. I followed my mother’s footsteps from Vassar to real estate. My start in the business began with my mother in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where I helped her by organizing the tear sheets back in the day of MLS books. My sister is also in real estate as an investor property manager in the Midwest and Florida.

I am a full-service agent for buyers and sellers. I ensure that any move is as stress free and smooth as possible. These are the skills my clients value the most when selecting me as their broker.
