"Before we met, she proactively called us to understand what is our expectation and how we'd like to work with a realtor, and she did a lot of research and analysis of the market/comps in the area. When we met the first time, she asked and really listened to our perspectives on why we think our house is special (which was later on reflected in the marketing materials nicely) she showed us all the comps/analysis she did and explained us all the details/rational; you can tell she's very knowledgeable of the market, and she's extremely thorough and analytical we discussed various strategies and she told us what she thought would be the winning strategy. She is brutally honest to the point you question your judgement to hire her and sets proper expectations (which she exceeds at the end).
