Lisa Summers is Vice President of THE SUMMERS GLOBAL TEAM and President of the SGT WINERY & VINEYARD DIVISION.

A former Emmy-winning Vice President of Communications with CBS Television, she has lived in NYC, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Napa Valley, Spain, and London UK. Now, she has taken that experience to the luxury real estate sector and anticipates the needs of even her most exacting clients. Her expansive network enables her to open doors for her clients on all sides of the property equation, whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent.

Lisa is the NYC team member on the successful Summers Global Team, an 18-agent worldwide team led by her mother Lee Summers, an acclaimed broker formerly 20 years with Sotheby's International Realty and now with Compass. The Team are leading real estate professionals worldwide representing clientele ranging from international executives and investors to global entertainers. SGT has members across the Compass network domestically in New York, Florida, Texas, Washington D.C, and California along with partners in London, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Dubai, New Dehli, Bangkok, Scotland and Singapore. They work to bring more international buyers to properties and buyers have easier access to purchase homes around the world, as the team is uniquely positioned to make worldwide real estate deals at all price points working with clients, lawyers, and accountants globally.

In the Summer of 2022, given the growing needs of our diversified and prestigious client portfolio, the new WINERY AND VINEYARD COLLECTION was formed with Lisa as division President. Specializing in wineries for sale in the French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Northern California wine regions. SGT experts advise owners on selling their wineries and vineyards and also consult with buyers looking to purchase.

Lisa keeps up with market trends on both coasts and around the globe. From late-night calls to Hong Kong or Singapore or dinners in Manhattan with clients, Lisa makes it a point to be involved and stay involved throughout all stages of the real estate process, which has enabled her to obtain stellar results for her clients and build a loyal referral-based practice.

During her expansive 15-year PR career, she has worked with some of TV’s renowned networks, fashion houses, and hotels, including CBS’s Entertainment Tonight, HBO, OWN: Oprah Winfrey’s Network, Vogue Magazine, Hilton Hotels, Kate Spade, and The Metropolitan Opera. She has been quoted in publications including USA Today, The New York Post, Crain’s New York, and The Wall Street Journal among others.

Having dual US and UK nationalities, being born in London, England, Lisa grew up in Manhattan on the Upper East Side and spent her summers at the family villa in Ibiza, Spain. She attended New York’s elite private girl's school Hewitt and studied business at the American College in London, England, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University in Washington, DC specializing in Communications and Business Affairs. Lisa was married at Gracie Mansion in NYC by Mayor, The Honorable Rudy Giuliani as officiant.
