Lisa Morstad is a full-time professional real estate agent in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She has worked with her brother’s firm in Fort Worth, Texas for the past 9 years learning the ropes from one of the top real estate firms in Texas and the country and is now bringing that expertise to Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas!
Lisa has a 25+ year history in finance, accounting, and analytics working as the CFO for the Fayetteville School District for 16 years, Business Operations Manager for JZ Developments/Compass Real Estate for 9 years, and Senior Advisor for Forecast5 Analytics for 6 years. As your agent and partner, she will use this expertise and experience to help you locate, negotiate, evaluate, and celebrate your home purchase or real estate investment.
Lisa has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership both from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. In January 2021 she finished a certification program in Business Analytics from Harvard University. She also has an (inactive) CPA license in Arkansas.
Having lived in Fayetteville for over 30 years, Lisa and her family are experts in the area. She started a resource for out-of-state students, their parents, and University of Arkansas alumni to help them “live like a local” while they are in Fayetteville and discover some of the city’s hidden gems.
