"We first met Lisa Minuto in May of 2021. We were looking for a condo or co-op for our daughter who is disabled. We had quite a few parameters because of her disability. Lisa was unbelievably helpful and patient. We looked at so many places and so often what was listed turned out to not be what was shown. Lisa never gave up. We had put in so many offers on different places and for one reason or another, we just missed out on securing those properties. Lisa must have put on so many miles on her car in our search. But, she never let us feel like we were annoying her, even though I am sure that at times we must have been.

Just as importantly, Lisa worked vigilantly representing us when we finally did find a place. The seller tried to get us to split something with her that she was required to fix long ago, as per the Homeowner's Association. Lisa, was relentless in explaining that we had no responsibility in sharing that cost. We would work with Lisa again in a NY minute. "Lisa was great to work with -- we had a unique situation selling a home after a family member passed away, and Lisa was able to work quickly to list the house and close the sale within a month.  This was our first time selling a property, and Lisa was patient with us and helped explain everything throughout the process.  She came prepared to our initial meeting with comps from the neighborhood and an understanding of the property's history.  Lisa coordinated our open house quickly during a busy season of listings, and helped create a listing and showing strategy on very short notice that maximized interest in our property.  During offer review, Lisa understood that our priority was for a quick and seamless sale, and we walked through each offer in detail to determine which best met our goals, even though the offer we selected was not the highest price (which meant foregoing additional commission).  We live out of state, and Lisa was helpful in coordinating with the buyers for walkthroughs and other pre-closing items, and was able to facilitate a remote closing to save us having to travel back to the property at closing.  Would definitely recommend Lisa to handle your next real estate transaction!"
