About Lisa
A love of real estate with a background in remodeling has proven to be a winning combination since 2011. Lisa has been awarded the “Five Star” Award in citing “Best” in customer satisfaction. This prestigious award is given to a small percentage of realtors® and she is proud of this award, taking customer satisfaction seriously.
Lisa’s primary objective was to maximize the return on the investment by buying distressed properties, remodeling and selling as quickly as possible. As owner and primary investor, she searched for properties, negotiated terms to purchase, coordinated and prioritized design plans to remodel the property. She also selected and managed the contractors, purchased the materials and marketed the property to sell. The experience taught her valuable lessons in buying and selling a significant number of houses, learning to look at a property with a watchful eye to avoid potential issues and pitfalls. This experience and knowledge built the core foundations of the value-added services she provides both buyers and sellers of properties today. Lisa knows exactly what families are facing when they commit to making a move, having personally relocated eleven times! Whether you’re moving across town or across the country, Lisa can help. She is a top producing agent and holds her ABR and CHLMS designations.
On a personal note, Lisa has been married for 31 years and has two adult children. Their dog, Sofia, rounds out our family. She is a member of Highland Park United Methodist. Lisa supports Children International, The Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, and The Alzheimer’s Association.
