About Lindsey
Lindsey has over 23 years of real estate experience on the Westside, specializing in the Venice, Santa Monica and Marina del Rey markets. For over a decade, she has helped secure the real estate dreams and opportunities of her clients, including sellers, buyers and developers. Her reputation as a no-nonsense negotiator ensures the best price for sellers and the best opportunities for buyers competing in multiple-offer situations. Lindsey’s open and continuous communication leads to seamless transactions, outstanding client confidence, and best price outcomes for her sellers.
Born in Oceanside, a “military brat,” Lindsey's parents moved to Idaho. Lindsey’s first involvement and investment in real estate occurred while attending Idaho State University, where she purchased income properties and bars/restaurants. She moved back to California after college to pursue her acting career. While working for many years as a property manager in Venice for a local developer, Lindsey got her real estate license. She has been helping clients in Southern California for over 20 years and has now expanded her expertise to Idaho.
In 2020, for Lindsey’s love of Idaho, including the mountains and skiing, she attained her real estate license in the state. Lindsey’s marketing is personalized and aggressive, paying attention to details. “The properties I represent stand out among the rest. I take pride in details, and I work one-on-one with my clients. You can always count on me to be there with you every step of the way!”
