Additionally, she excels in guiding first-time home buyers, assisting relocating clients, and managing luxury home transactions, including lakefront and city-view properties.  Linda's experience as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert serve her clients needs well.

As a Lifestyle Specialist, Linda is keenly aware of the options clients have when choosing an agent; but, moreover, when choosing communities.  One of her greatest strengths is learning and understanding what is important to the buyer when considering the options for community and neighborhood amenities, schools (both public and private), recreational options, golf, boating, hiking, biking, as well as personal interests such as seniors only communities,  

Sellers can be assured that Linda has a vast resource list of options to help clients prepare their home for sale and that she has numerous vendor resources available to her clients.

On the fun and free time side, she is fond of sharing her experiences and knowledge to local and relocating clients for restaurant options, music venues, festival and citywide events, sporting events and venues as well as indoor and outdoor activities involving health, fitness and wellness, theater and comedy, outdoor music and technology events throughout the year.

Many of Linda's clients are actively looking to buy and sell while living in other parts of the country or other parts of the world and Linda has a great deal of experience in serving both foreign buyers and sellers effectively when purchasing or selling vacation properties or income/investment properties.

Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) CIPS is the designation is for REALTORS® from the United States and abroad, who wish to develop or grow their international real estate business.

Linda Welsh is the REALTOR®/Team Principal at Linda Welsh Realty Group, proudly licensed in the State of Texas. With a diverse background in negotiation, mortgage lending, legal support, distribution, sales, and purchasing, Linda has seamlessly transitioned into a real estate career that perfectly aligns with her expertise and passions. 

While negotiating moves to 6 different cities and 9 different homes in 12 years primarily while her husband, Leo, was a telecom executive, she became an expert in the highs and lows of relocating and developed very insightful insights and related skills on buying, selling and establishing roots, connecting with others and finding resources all while hitting the ground running.  

Her passion for real estate is evident in every transaction, whether representing buyers or sellers of luxury properties, city homes, condos, or suburban residences, land and new construction. Linda's in-depth knowledge of local areas, schools, and builders, combined with her expertise in real estate contracts and negotiations, has garnered her a fiercely loyal client base. Her knowledge and expertise has been valuable to both experienced buyers and sellers and especially to first-time homebuyers and newcomers to Austin.   

She has lived in Austin since 1999 with her husband, Leo, who is both her partner in life and business. They have three grown children, and two sweet and sassy English Springer Spaniels, Rocky and Coco.
