“Linda was referred to us by her manager. Linda. Is. Everything. At first I wasn't even on the calls with her because I was so burned out. But over time with her consistent, clear communication, excellent game plan, creative solutions, and clear care for her clients, I couldn't help but be inspired. My favorite thing about Linda is that she truly cared. She empathized with us about our situation while maintaining 100% professionalism (an art in and of itself). She clearly works from a place of moral conviction and she bent over backwards to make sure we felt safe. For instance, she knew communications were a pain point for us so she noted that we preferred calls to text or emails and called regularly to give us updates, even when there wasn't anything major to report. I really appreciated that approach. Perhaps most impressively, she learned the VA loan assumption process on the fly. It was complicated, cumbersome, and no one knew what they were doing, least of all the company who held the loan. Linda submitted the full loan package before they had even asked for it which massively sped up the timeline. That was impressive in and of itself. Then, she came up with creative marketing tactics to attract potential buyers, for instance putting together a pricing sheet of what buyers would save by assuming the loan. This was an awesome idea and, I should note, it worked! The assumptions process with NewRez was a complete black box, and made more complicated by the fact that Caliber (the original holder of our loan) was bought by NewRez mid-process. I was so thankful that Linda drew on her own personal relationships with folks at Caliber to pressure them to move the process forward and to give us insight on the process going on behind the curtain. Who does that!??! It provided us SUCH peace of mind and really expedited the process. I could go on talking about Linda... I think most agents can sell your home but the test is what they do when the situation is complex. Linda performed beyond my wildest hopes in a really tough spot.
