Linda is originally from New York, relocated to California in the 80’s and now lives in Colorado. Linda has over 30 years in the Fitness Industry where she was an International Master Trainer and Workshop Presenter for various health clubs, a Certification Specialist for the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and an owner/operator of a martial arts studio in Westlake Village, CA. She has been a personal trainer for many celebrities including Heather Locklear, Rita Moreno, Kim Bassinger, and Tom Hulce (Amadaeus).
