About Linda
Linda is a born and bred, business-savvy New Yorker who combines her passion for the city with exceptional sales, marketing and client service skills. She exudes warmth and cares deeply for her clients, devoting undivided personal attention to their real estate needs. A skilled negotiator who considers each challenge an opportunity, Linda works tirelessly and brings parties together seamlessly. Her clients have one thing in common: they say Linda not only delivers -- she produces results beyond expectation.
Linda believes that owning a home in Manhattan is one of the best investments on earth. As John Jacob Astor said at 71 years of age, "Could I begin life again, knowing what I know now, and had money to invest, I would buy every foot of land on the Island of Manhattan." Linda has lived in Gramercy, the Upper West Side, Chelsea and Midtown East - and has personally owned co-ops for many years. Using her first-hand knowledge of Manhattan’s neighborhoods, buildings and co-op boards, she is an invaluable resource who helps her clients navigate through the often confusing and complex board approval process.
Prior to entering real estate, Linda spent 20+ years in Sales and Marketing at law firms, advertising agencies and technology companies. Directing marketing and communications at premier global law firms, Linda received awards from industry organizations for her innovative and creative work. As an entrepreneur, she co-founded a technology company where she served as President and directed sales, marketing and operations for over a decade. Once again, Linda's expertise was recognized and she was named by a leading trade magazine as one of the "Top 25 Most Influential People" in her industry.
Buyers and sellers who entrust their real estate needs to Linda can expect nothing less than exceptional service, proven expertise and successfully completed transactions.
