About Lilah

As a Nashville native, Lilah delights in the fact that real estate in this town is one of the most prevalent topics of conversation. Be it chit chat with a stranger or a deep dive at a dinner party, everyone seems to understand that this city is special and this market is wild. As an astute simplist she effectively shares her unique skill of breaking the process down to the basics, focusing on what’s most important for her clients. Transparency and communication are the foundational values Lilah builds upon for her business, and almost anyone she’s worked with will describe the experience as “easy” thanks to her easy-going and hard-working ethical compass.


Determined to deliver more than “just another realtor” experience, Lilah strives to define the process in terms that work for each of her clients individually. As a head-in-the-clouds dreamer at heart she got into real estate to get into houses, and as a down-to-earth realist in daily practice she fell in love with the process of helping others get into houses, too. In over six years working in this marketplace she has had the pleasure of helping more than 150 buyers and sellers along journeys of their own.


Reserved by nature and quick to smile, Lilah prefers a minimal lifestyle in theory while finding it more difficult to execute in practice, thanks in most part to her music industry husband and their three precocious kids, who run amok chasing two cuckoo cats in their cozy historic Inglewood Tudor. Kinetic energy and kinetic decor (ie clutter) prevail in this season of life which makes sharing in the fresh frontiers of a real estate journey with her clients an extremely satisfying experience for someone like Lilah, who is always stretching to grow in this dynamic city we call home.
