She was quick to get our offer in on our new house and took care of everything necessary to get the sale completed in a timely manner. Lexie's excellent communication continued when we were ready to sell our other house. She and Lauren came to look at the house and gave us advice to help it sell more quickly. She provided names of vendors and even met one at our house at 7:30 in the morning, so that the sale could go through more quickly. Lexie put our house up for sale on a Thursday and we started getting offers the next day. By Monday we had accepted an offer that was $11,000 above our asking price.
