"Lexi helped us navigate an incredibly tough market during Covid to finally find the perfect home in Larchmont for our family. She brings a wealth of knowledge about Larchmont - both real estate wise and about the community - which was invaluable to us as we were first timers to the area coming from NYC. She was always on top of it, professional and always responsive to our numerous questions.
When it came down to final negotiations in a bidding war with numerous offers, Lexi talked us through it and made sure we were comfortable with our decision, definitely looking out for us every step of the way and never being pushy. We can’t say enough good things about Lexi, and would recommend her 100% to anyone looking in Larchmont."

"If I could give Lexi 10 stars, I would! In a very competitive seller’s market, she went above and beyond to ensure that we would find our family’s first owned home. Any buyer (or seller!) would be lucky to work with Lexi; she is incredibly meticulous, attentive, compassionate, and will be your advocate - before, during, and after an offer is made. I’d highly recommend reaching out to Lexi for any of your real estate needs."

"We found Alexis Brine, through a happy accident. We identified a house in Larchmont that met our needs but we weren't the only ones and the competition was intense. Alexis proved her value from the start and gave us timely and succinct advice on how to approach the offer. The guidance proved successful and we overcame 10 offers to enter into the house of our dreams. The closing process was smooth -- Alexis was fierce in her advocacy for us -- and we moved in at the end of March 2021. We cant recommend her and the team enough - Andrew and Kimberly Regenstreich"
