About Less
Less loves the challenge of matching people to property and believes that there is something for everyone in Greater Boston if you’re willing to take the journey. As one of the top agents in town, to date she’s participated in hundreds of millions in transactions, though she’s more interested in celebrating the number of people that she’s successfully guided towards achieving their real estate goals. Less considers her role as a real estate advisor to be a true privilege and is grateful for each opportunity to propel her clients closer to financial freedom via thoughtful, measured investment in real estate.
A founding agent of Compass Boston in 2015, Less is a twenty-one year veteran of the Boston luxury real estate market working previously at Campion & Company and Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. A natural leader communicator and an unwavering advocate for the arts, Boston and Cambridge have been her home for over 26 years.
Less specializes in both public and private sales, pursuing the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers with a creative out of the box mentality that consistently yields outstanding results. She operates under the strictest code of discretion and confidentiality, honoring her clients’ desire for privacy above all else. A trusted friend and advisor, her business is built around relationships that span the breadth of her career and a strong referral base. She works with a select number of clients at a time, ensuring that each receives the highest level of personal service and attention.
Less' easy-going, authentic personality combined with her ability to match her clients with the perfect home have made her a sought-after agent and consistent top producer. Her unique combination of Southern charm, low-key no pressure approach, ability to listen well, and commitment to excellence in customer service has proven to be the key to Less' success. Among her best assets are her loyalty, honesty, integrity, eternal patience, and deep dedication to serving her clients wisely. Additionally, Less always tries to incorporate fun into the process with a relaxed, personal style of doing business that puts people at ease.
As a buyer’s agent, Less loves the wild variety of individuals that she gets to work with on a daily basis, often getting swept up in their narratives and life stories. A very visual person, she’s innately able to point clients to homes that are not on their radar, but that are exactly what they need in terms of light, space, feel, and layout.
As a seller’s agent, Less utilizes an inventive marketing plan that effectively maximizes overall return by adhering to traditional advertising methods and adding unconventional techniques that showcase a home’s most exquisite features with a thoughtful, creative, and hand-tailored approach. Her negotiating skills and willingness to go the extra mile produce the results that her clients expect and deserve.
Less is a modern and contemporary art enthusiast and collector. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston, the Board of Advisors of the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University, and as a partner in VIA Art Fund.
Less is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and graduated with a major in English from Duke University. Downtime finds her visiting art fairs and museums/galleries outside of Boston to take in the latest shows and exhibitions as well as spending time with her family. An avid traveler, she has particularly enjoyed her recent visits to Scandinavia and Mexico City and is looking forward to exploring South Africa and Japan as soon as she can get there.
