When it comes to matchmaking, Leslie Gail Marical is an expert. Finding her clients their dream homes has been a craft she has perfected over the last fifteen years.  Leslie Gail credits her fourth generation Texas roots for her knowledge of the diverse characteristics that are distinguishable as one navigates from city to city and neighborhood to neighborhood throughout North and East Texas. She works seamlessly and tirelessly to pair each home to her client’s needs— whether it is a stunning waterfront home on Cedar Creek Lake, a charming farmhouse in the countryside of Eustace, a single-family home in the suburbs of Dallas, or a contemporary townhome in downtown Dallas with city skyline views.  

Leslie Gail’s fascination with real estate began at an early age. Her great uncle, a prominent Dallas businessman, launched and operated a nationally recognized home building and land development company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. His integrity, work ethic and dedication inspired Leslie Gail to build her career in real estate.   

While pursuing a degree at the University of North Texas, Leslie Gail began her career in concierge services. She transitioned to property management where she excelled at effective communication and contract negotiation. It was because of her continued dedication to her clients that Leslie Gail was part of a Top Producing Team in 2019.  

Personalized service is at the core of everything Leslie Gail does. While assisting clients with leasing, relocating, buying or selling a home, her singular focus has always been to deliver superior customer service.  

When she is not matchmaking homes and clients, Leslie Gail enjoys taking spin and training classes, exploring Dallas’ nightlife, spending time with her rescue dog, Theodore, and volunteering at the BKM Foundation Golf Tournament and other local charities.
