About Lena
Together with her business partner, Lena works across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. A particular area of expertise has been working with home flippers, where Lena helps to negotiate the best price while sharing her precise design eye for maximum gain.
In addition to her design passion, Lena owns Sand n Surf (Santa Monica) and Santa Monica Luggage. With a background in finance, she has managed to juggle several retail endeavors for over 10 years while still maintaining a successful real estate career.
A Malibu local for over two decades, Lena is heavily involved in the community via her philanthropic work. She is the financial secretary at PTSA and head of spirit wear and the Shark Fund at Malibu High School. As treasurer of the MHS Athletics Booster Club, she runs the annual Christmas tree lot every December, as well as heading the Marie Smith Track Invitational. Lena also holds the position of treasurer of the La Costa HOA and heads the Beautification Committee.
When she’s not selling dream homes, Lena can be found supporting local restaurants, reading, and traveling. She is also passionate about gardening, yoga, cooking, and fine wine. She is fluent in Armenian, Arabic and Turkish.
Lena’s true joy comes from spending time with her husband of over twenty years, and her two children, Alex and Gabriella. Lena is an experienced and diverse professional who can show you everything Los Angeles has to offer.
