"When I first moved to Hawaii about 6 months ago, I was having trouble finding a place to live. I wasn't even sure if I wanted to buy a house or rent a condo/apartment. Then I had a chance to meet Lee Wang through a recommendation from a friend. As a first time home buyer, it was a huge decision for me to make, especially in this market and in Hawaii. I knew that I made the right decision in buying a house because I had all the help and support from Lee. "It's been almost a year since living on my own and I have to thank Mr Lee Wang for this as he's been one of the biggest reasons why I have found a place I call home. Prior to that, I've been looking for that perfect place to live and call a place my own for two years. Because I didn't want to rent, I decided to buy and Lee, being the constant professional that he is, helped me a lot with looking for that perfect place. He helped me through the process of going to different places in town (as town is difficult to find) but he worked very hard. He was more patient than I was in finding a place, and he had the knowledge in his profession and confidence that I was going to find something I liked. Well, it turned out that I was looking online on my own and saw a place and quickly notified lee about it. The place was supposed to be shown at an open house but I couldn't go to it because I had work that day. They were originally asking for a price much much higher than I offered, but Lee worked his magic. And the seller was compassionate for me. I don't know how he convinced the seller and their realtor to sell me the place but they did, for a much lower price knowing that the place could've went to an even much higher bidder. And I was surprised! Because I would've sold the place much higher because it seemed it would be. But here I am, I got it, very fortunate, living on my own for first time, with a view that is gorgeous, in a place I can call home, and I'm very satisfied with it. Thank you Lee!
