"I worked with Lee to purchase my first home, and I absolutely enjoyed working with him in this process. After he sent me numerous properties to review online, based on my feedback and budget, we selected several to view in person. Over the course of about 4 weeks, we found a couple homes that were pretty close to everything I wanted, but weren't quite there. Lee was very patient and understanding, didn't pressure me into selecting one of those, and continued looking for the perfect place for me. Once we did find that ideal property, Lee helped negotiate a great price (under ask!), waited on the phone with me for hours as I read every word of every form and answered all of my numerous questions, and generally helped keep the whole process in motion.
Concurrently, Lee provided advice on selecting a lender and associated mortgage using his financial background, which was very helpful. I also really appreciated how he accommodated my extremely busy work schedule, took phone calls at late hours, and still got everything done on time. Even after the sale, Lee still assisted me with the logistics of moving in and wrapping up some final details. I am very pleased in my new home and have no plans to move anytime soon, but I will definitely contact Lee again for my next real estate transaction, whenever that will be. Based on my experience, I recommend Lee to anyone looking for a great realtor, especially first time home buyers.

"Lee is genuine, helpful, attentive, and always in constant communication. I knew he was new to the real estate business, but his professionalism and support in the early stages of our meetings impressed me to trust him with selling my home. Lee reached all of my expectations during our transaction together and he gave my condo sale his full attention and priority and went above and beyond in helping me.

I met Lee in October 2019 in the midst of the pandemic Lee met with me while I was contemplating continuing to rent my place to tenants or to sell it due to the hot market conditions and the forbearance plan I was under that was causing me some financial stress. We went over my financials for the mortgage and ran numbers on different outcomes and he was informative and helpful without being pushy. Ultimately, I decided it was in my best financial interest to sell. Lee arranged everything and involved me as much or as little as I wanted.

Lee was extremely helpful in the beginning of our time together as I was stuck in Dubai, UAE and he even handled some tasks for me like a property manager would. He attended an HOA meeting with me to learn about my building before we listed it, and even drove me to the airport when I left LA, and these personal touches were appreciated.

Lee’s performance was outshine by his support, as we definitely hit some bumps along the way. Like any business transaction, nothing was perfect; I was hoping to get offers within the first two weeks but it ultimately took over 30 days to find a buyer who wasn’t able to perform. I feared having to re-list it as people would assume something as wrong with the home, and we were already facing complications due to the pandemic and closures in California. It was an uncomfortable few months of numerous showings but no acceptable offers. I was starting to get really nervous but Lee did his best to keep me sane, which isn’t an easy feat, considering the co-owner was my mother, so little did he know he was going to be working with two hot-tempered Italians! I can assure you a mother and son duo are not the easiest clients to work with.

Ultimately, the complications passed and the property went from being stagnant to miraculously receiving three offers at the same time! Lee negotiated this bidding war over 48-hours that brought us back into escrow with an over-asking offer.

For me, character is just as important as a career portfolio, so if you are the same, I wouldn’t hesitate working with Lee!
