About Leah
Over her impressive 28-year career in New York City real estate, Leah Rubin has successfully brokered more than $200 million in residential and commercial sales and leases. Her recent marquee deals include residential sales at the new MoMa tower development, office condo sales at the International Gem Tower 50 West 47th Street, the lease of 12,000 square feet of office space at 529 Fifth Avenue and the sale of the building located at 238 Madison Avenue.
Leah’s passion real estate began at an early age, fueled by observing her grandfather develop industrial property into office buildings in her native Montreal. Leah has been based in New York City 30 years and currently resides on the Upper West Side, where she has particular expertise in condos and co-ops, having sold apartments in prestigious 590 West End Ave and 180 Riverside Drive. Leah is also well-versed in Midtown Manhattan, where she has tremendous expertise renting and selling luxury residential condos and commercial condos, such as th Baccarat 53W53 The MoMA and the International Gem Tower on 47th St IGT off Fifth Avenue.
