About Lawrence
People and place. Lawrence is passionate about bringing these together.

This is combined with an understanding and appreciation for construction and design, informing his approach to serving his clients.

After completing a B.S. in Building Science at Appalachian State University, he promoted progressive construction methodologies with nationally recognized builders. During his completion of a Masters of Architecture at NCSU, he grew to love mid-century modern design and the idea that human experience is greatly informed and influenced by the built environment. Following graduate school, he worked with Asheville Habitat for Humanity serving the local community repairing and building homes. He then moved to Denver to support a highly reputable home inspection company, leading branding, inspector training, and business process development efforts while also performing residential inspections.

As a real estate professional with the Mid-Century Modern Dream Homes team, Lawrence’s primary goal is to support people seeking their place, working closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of buying and selling architecturally unique homes. He has explored and inspected over 2500 homes throughout Denver, Boulder, and surrounding areas including mid-century modern enclaves such as Arapahoe Acres, Harvey Park, Green Mountain and Deza Estates. Utilizing an eye for detail and an ability to genuinely connect with people helps his clients feel secure not only in their representation, but in the greater relationship that is formed.

In his free time, you may find Lawrence at North Table getting in a long run, or enjoying a brew at New Terrain - his favorite local brewery. He and his wife enjoy time with their newborn daughter, visiting new restaurants, and rooting for their respective college teams throughout the year - Go App State!
