About Laurie

With a knack for designing and envisioning spaces, Laurie uses her creative eye to inspire clients and help them make confident buying and selling decisions. Her deep expertise and attention to detail come in handy when guiding clients

through market analyses, negotiations, home inspections, and all the paperwork in between. By sharing her vast network of inspectors, contractors, handymen and landscapers Laurie sets her clients off on the right foot once they’ve committed to a property. She genuinely cares for her connections every step of the way and takes delight in being involved in such important moments in her clients’ lives.

Growing up with a dad who has owned and operated a real estate franchise for over 30 years, Laurie had an experienced model for kick-starting her own real estate career, which began in 2017. She took on her first clients in the college town of Iowa City, Iowa and moved to Denver in January 2020 to forge her own path.

As an owner of several investment properties, she believes in wealth-building through real estate, and enjoys helping clients identify potential in cash-flowing properties. When she’s not helping buyers and sellers, Laurie loves to explore anything new, from local trailheads to trips abroad. She’s currently renovating her condo and keeping an eye out for her next investment opportunity.
