"We couldn't have asked for a better guide during the process of purchasing our first apartment than Larry. Not only was Larry's deep expertise in NYC real estate invaluable, he is a patient, thoughtful, and dedicated partner in the process. He answered our questions (and we had many) 24/7, day or night, accompanied us to countless showings, and advocated for us constantly. Business aside, Larry is also a kind and genuine person and anyone would be lucky to work with him. Thank you for helping us purchase our first home!!" - Jenna and Zach

"Larry - thank you so much for everything, soup to nuts - for helping us find a lender, and just putting your heart into making all of this move forward and work, making sure that we're happy and that it's easy for us as you navigated through. We'll absolutely keep you in mind for anything that comes our way going forward, and especially if we end up back in nyc for good (down the line)! " - May, 2022

"I know for a fact that if Larry Braverman is involved you are guaranteed a trifecta; class, honesty and the best customer service...can't beat that with a stick!" - Margaret
Larry’s goal is to attentively handle his clients' business and be present and helpful throughout the process, from the moment they begin working together, through every aspect of the marketing plan creation and implementation, all negotiations, board package preparations, follow-up communications, and coordinating all closing details. His entire success is based upon his ability to find his clients what they truly want and need, then work closely with them to attain it.
Larry currently lives on the Upper West Side and Riverside Drive and owns a condo in Williamsburg. He has also lived in Tudor City and the East Side, so knows the different neighborhoods well. He loves the amazing assemblage of restaurants, museums, theater and musical events, and diversity of cultures that make up this great city of New York, from Brooklyn to Battery Park City, all the way up the West Side to the George Washington Bridge.
