Lauren Regnery

When she started thinking about college, Lauren was drawn to Interior Design and Architecture studies. She started her college career as a design student, but soon realized that she wanted more & changed her major to Hospitality at the Isenberg’s School of Business at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. When she earned her college degree in May of 2021, she immediately obtained her Real Estate License and joined team Suzanne and Company as a Field Agent.  In that role, Lauren provided vital support to the Buyer Specialists on the team when they had schedule conflicts, including covering showings, inspections, hosting open houses & attending buyer consults. Lauren took advantage of every opportunity to experience the industry. Today, Lauren is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and takes on her own clients as a Buyer Specialist. As a Buyer Specialist, she educates her buyers on current market trend, strategizes to present the best offer, and creates a strong relationship with her clients to guide them to their dream home. She views real estate as a means of living out her passion for design while helping others find their forever home. She shares in the excitement of making it happen for team Suzanne & Company clients while combining all her interests into one field.
