Lauren Waters Dube

Lauren's experience supporting high-stakes financial transactions, her exceptional design and marketing skill set, and her international perspective contribute tremendous value to the Schlichter Team. Born and raised in London, England, she graduated with distinction from the world-renowned Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and earned her Master of Arts with Joint Honors in International Relations and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews. She was the first hire for a top-20 UK start-up in the financial services industry in London and, upon relocating from NYC to Denver with her husband, sought to utilize her talent and love for design, architecture, and finance to bring substantial value to a high-performing real estate team.

After rising to the top of more than 260 applications for the role she filled, Lauren helps the Schlichter Team to deliver the highest level of customer service possible to its clients by developing and implementing effective organizational systems, contributing to the team's marketing efforts, and absolutely crushing the details. Her work makes Schlichter Team agents as efficient and effective as possible by enabling them to keep their attention focused on the goals and immediate needs of their clients. Lauren lives in RiNo with her husband Dan, where she enjoys local restaurants and bars, walks with her yellow labrador Sophie, and a passion for design.
