About Lauren
A proud Marin County native, Lauren has a unique and local perspective on the Bay Area’s real estate landscape. She and her husband are passionate about exploring the region, whether hiking, biking, or discovering all the reasons they love calling the Bay Area home.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Lauren’s in-depth knowledge of both Marin and San Francisco real estate allows her to provide a seamless, personalized experience for her clients. Her extensive expertise in all aspects of the real estate process, combined with her genuine passion for the industry, enables her to offer the highest level of service and guidance throughout every transaction.
Lauren began her real estate career in 2004, gaining broad experience across various roles within the brokerage industry. She spent over five years supporting some of Marin’s top-producing agents, contributing to over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to her current role as a sales agent with Compass, Lauren was the Director of Operations for Pacific Union Real Estate (now Compass) in San Francisco. In this role, she supported over 200 agents and worked closely with the company’s president for five years, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency across the firm.
With over a decade of experience in residential sales, Lauren specializes in properties across San Francisco and Marin, providing expert advice and a client-centered approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
Outside of work, Lauren and her husband, Brian, live in Fairfax and enjoy spending weekends visiting family and friends in San Francisco. They also love traveling to the Lake Tahoe area and exploring Northern California’s outdoor beauty through hiking and backpacking.
