About Lauren

A Central Florida native, Lauren Swoboda earned a degree in public relations at Florida State University. Post-graduation spent two years as PR & Marketing Specialist/REALTOR® for the number one producing luxury real estate team in Tallahassee, Florida, where she was responsible for maximizing online exposure, community awareness and keeping the agency current in the latest industry technology. After spending five years as a public relations executive, Lauren joined a top producing Washington, DC real estate team in 2016 and relocated back to the Tampa market in 2018 and brought with her a blend of public relations, brand development and real estate sales experience. In her free time, Lauren, her husband and their daughters enjoy exploring the greater Tampa area, traveling and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

In addition to working with a wide variety of buying and selling clients, Lauren specializes in relocations -- physician families are a passion due to personal experience.
