"Selling and buying real estate in Manhattan is a notoriously stressful process. That's why we chose Lauren. She advised us on prepping our condo sale, helped us negotiate a multiple offer situation and got us top dollar. On the flip side, she patiently guided us through the -op purchase process to ensure that we put our best foot forward with the board. She always provided the highest level of expertise and professionalism and we are extremely happy to have had her working on our behalf.

★★★★★"I just wanted to express my deepest appreciation to Lauren Kende for her expertise, dedication, and overall outstanding level of service in the sale of my apartment. Her effort ultimately yielded a positive outcome despite the particular challenges of my situation. If not for her strong follow-up, legal expertise, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, determination and commitment, I highly doubt such a positive result could have been achieved." - Glenn

"Lauren helped me find my coop while I was going through a divorce. She provided the exact combination of professionalism and friendship throughout the process -- from showing me apartments, negotiating a price, gathering the necessary paperwork, and finally to the closing -- at a very stressful time in my life. I always felt she was working for me, never wasted my time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results." - Ellen

"I am very pleased with how the sale went - apart from the annoying hot water issues and missing UCC-3 at the last minute. I could have done without that stress 😀 I was more than satisfied with all the support and guidance you provided - and happy I took Derek’s recommendation. I will certainly pass your contact details on to other NY-based friends that might be in need of your real estate services in the upcoming years." - Claire

"The only thing worse than not having a great apartment in NYC is the fear of not being able to rent it when you are offered a dream job and have to relocate to Europe in a matter of months. This is the situation I found myself in when I turned to Lauren Kende to rent my co-op apartment in the midst of an economic recession. Undaunted, Lauren accepted the task. Candid and honest about the challenges, her knowledge of my neighborhood market helped me set realistic expectations, as well as a reasonable price and marketing strategy. From start to finish, Lauren literally took care of everything, as I had already relocated to Europe. She overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations and she will be my first call to address my real estate needs when I return to NYC." - Ronald

I would be glad to post an endorsement on your website or provide a thoughtful reference on whatever media you prefer, including a note to the head of your brokerage. You were totally outstanding in every way and I could not have asked for more." - GH
