"Lauren and Allen rock! They took what is normally a stressful, protracted, and frustrating process and made it enjoyable! My family and I recently relocated from the Bay Area down to LA. We didn't know the neighborhoods aside from internet research and Google maps so we initially felt we were  drawing blind. Once we connected with Lauren and Allen, everything came into focus. They helped us identify a few target neighborhoods that met our criteria and price range by providing honest, raw information on the areas. Lauren and Allen curated one full day’s worth of house hunting (our preference) where we saw nine properties across our five interested target neighborhoods which helped zero in on Culver City, where we ultimately bought.
