Laura Hernandez Silva

Laura is a proud Latina from Puerto Rico. Her roots and culture are extremely important to her. Although she has been living in the United States since 2015, she has stayed true to where she comes from and has kept her traditions alive. Being raised on a small Caribbean Island, Laura learned what hard work meant from a very young age and about overcoming struggles since nothing came easy. Laura earned her Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Puerto Rico in 2009 and after moving to Ohio she completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management at Sinclair University in Dayton. While in College she worked a few retail jobs, then was in the mortgage industry for almost 6 years and later held several roles in Human Resources. Laura loves the idea of making an impact in people's lives which is why she chose to become a Realtor. What she enjoys most is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships along the way. Her mission is to serve her community and as a native Spanish speaker, Laura hopes to give back to the Hispanic people as well.
