Laura Quigley

Laura is a real estate professional with over 25 years of sales and management experience. A second-generation Realtor®, she loves working with clients through the home sale and purchase processes. She knows how to ease clients through life transitions - from moving to a new area, to buying a first home, or downsizing.

With a positive, detailed approach and extensive knowledge, Laura strives to make every transaction stress-free for her clients. A former executive in the telecommunications industry, she brings a management and operations background to Brito Associates.

After working with family members who needed to downsize and move to senior living communities, Laura became a Certified Senior Housing Professional and a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach so she could better assist other families facing the same challenges. She has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating and selling the family home. Her motto is “be overjoyed, not overwhelmed” during this next phase of life!

Originally from New York, Laura relocated to the Washington DC area in 1998 and lives with her husband in Bethesda. She is enjoying empty-nesting while assisting her son and his friends make the to their first homes. When not selling Real Estate, she enjoys cycling, skiing, and relaxed meals with family and friends on the porch.
