" Brian Garcia "We were referred to Laura in NJ by a friend in Maryland. From the get go, Laura was engaging, straight forward and fair in all of her dealings. Laura was very clear in what services she would offer for the sale of our mother's house in Bayonne. She recommended some repairs/changes we needed to make to house to get it ready for sale and had great contacts for various handy man issues (like a lock smith). The photos and video of the house were amazing and, after the listing, the home sold quickly. Laura also was very key in dealing with the buyer's agent and the attorneys, which alleviated a lot of headaches for us. She knows the NJ market, was a tough negotiator on our behalf, and got us the best price for the house. The sale of this home also involved a lot of messy family details but Laura was able to navigate through all of our issues with grace, which we greatly appreciated.
