My mother and brother both commented that they would have loved to have " Laura Bach" experience as their realtor in their recent home-purchasing endeavors. Laura shared her career-long expertise and experience with me but given the Covid-19 pandemic and market trends at the time we were looking, she shared historical and up-to-date context to help me make choices to get to my first home! "Laura is one of the best realtors, so professional and the same time so friendly. Laura helped me get my first home and made the process a breeze. She helped also my sister get the first home, so we consider her our lucky charm and we gained a friend. "Laura is heaven sent. She is extremely personable, and her level of professionalism is impeccable. My family was looking to to a rental in the Rockville area and so we were going from one property to the next on our own directly making appointments with the various / management companies. We only met her because her firm was the agent for a unit, we were interested in. Boy! Were we lucky we met her! She was so warm and patient with us that we decided to work with her to find a place. Laura took us to multiple properties we were interested in. Most were not her firm. She was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. She was honest and open with us and never pressured us to pick a particular place. At some point we thought we would postpone our from the fall to the spring and she was still open to work with us. She set up a portal for us to help keep our eye out for units we would like. We ultimately came across a spacious apartment we liked online a few weeks later.
